New China — Restaurant in Windham

I'm a bit upset. I will say the food is good but I called to place an order for delivery. Chicken with Broccoli Combination. She said the total is 13.17 but delivery minimum is 13.34. It sounded I dunno, weird. So I said you can just charge me 13.34, she said what more for order, so I said ok umm a can of soda. Now the new total is 14.95. I said can you please send some soy sauce, duck sauce, and hot mustard please. She responds ok, new total 16.53. The customer service at this establishment is beyond disgusting! The owner himself is a prime example of what not to follow! I have a severe onion allergy and they served me rice with onions and proceeded to tell me no he didn’t. He refused me a refund after SHOWING UP TO MY HOUSE unannounced in a hostile manner after the first delivery. I had the food in hand ready for him to take back. I made an order for delivery before the store closed and the woman was rude had an attitude and forgot my drink because she was focused on closing and charged me for the drink and when I called them back when they were open she said she never charged the drink in my order and lied and told me that I told her I didn't want it anymore so therefore she didn't give me the drink she owed me nor my money back and was loud and rude and hung up on me and never apologized for her mistake even though I was calm the whole time I was talking to her.
