Great store, every person there has helped us every time we go in & ask for help . Polite guys, & you can feel the atmosphere is inviting & liad back, the only problem me myself have (& the public is having) to sit in the steel chairs they are very uncomfortable to sit on & there is no back of the chair(s) to sit up straight, the body is always leaning forward or basically stay very uncomfortable for the time your in your store, not even little cushions to sit on, a multi billionaire dollar company, & they give their most important person(s) the most ridiculous chairs, seats, stools, what ever they call them. I think the problem is an appearance thing for the design of the store 🤔 but the public knows they are very very uncomfortable things to try seating in for a half hour, sometimes an hour. So that is my only complaint, BUT I know I speak for millions of other people, the people helping the public say they apologize to us all the time, ( for the company) it baffles me to have a billion dollar company & won't even take care of their most important person, (THE CUSTOMERS) I & others that I have talked about this issue already know that big corporation will not resolve this issue for the customers, that said, I need to take my little cushion from my car to sit on or have a little fishing stool in my trunk of my car, thanks for listening to my complaint, t.y....
Read moreI went into this store in August of 22. Traded in an Apple Watch to get a new series 7. They took my watch and sent it in. My new series 7 was unable to connect to the Verizon network after 2 months of trouble shooting and escalations. The watch was returned and I was suppose to receive a $100 credit for my watch I traded in and that they TOOK. It’s been four months. Still no credit. Jerry (i am assuming the manager) was absolutely rude and hung up on me after letting him know my frustration. He claimed he was not even suppose to be working today and he might get back to me after he gets back from his leave. These guys are crooks at best. After 11 years of being with Verizon and this is how I am treated. I have submitted formal complaints to Verizon and their HR department. I am also filing a theft complaint with the local police department as well. I am absolutely done with this store, its employees and Verizon. Be careful of this place. I cannot phantom how Jerry manages anything.
Update: I have emailed you twice. November 18th, again on November 29th. Not a signal call or email response. I have made a police report. I have escalated with Verizon’s customer care and absolutely no response. You guys are terrible. I am so tired of being ignored going on...
Read moreI was double billed over a week ago when buying a phone and still have not been reimbursed. I have gone back 3 times now, and still nothing. The manager also said he would call me that same day after I left the store, and he did not. They do not really seem to be willing to help their customers when they make a mistake. They just keep saying they are going to escalate it, and they couldn't reimburse me in the store. What does that even mean? I was billed twice for activation and a case. How can they not even reimburse me for the case. I purchased one phone and one case. One of their employees, who wasn't even a part of our conversation, was also extremely rude. He has also been mentioned in other posts. At this point I am going through my credit card company, and finally decided to write a review so others don't experience the same thing.
