Normally a good place to go. My husband & I stopped by last night (Labor Day) as passing through after dinner, and we both felt like having blizzards. We each got the small size. After tax, a little over $9.00 total. We went through the drive through which seemed to be somewhat, but not overly busy. When we got to the point where there were 2 cars in front of us it seemed to take forever with the car in front. The girl at the window came out several times. Finally, it was our turn. We had been speculating why the long wait....help gone as all back to school; something wrong with one of the machines; several large orders...? The girl at the window took our $9.00 in short order & handed us our "blizzards." Our speculation regarding being short on help didn't appear to be accurate because we could see right in through the window. There were a lot of people behind the counter. There did appear to be 2 girls at one of the machines. Whether they were training, or whether there was a problem, I do no know. What I DO know is that we were expecting a FRESHLY made "firmish" soft serve ice cream, not one that could have possibly been made when we placed the order, then had been sitting around for at LEAST 10 minutes or more, & could have been classified almost as a frappe. NOTHING was said to us, if there was a problem with the ice cream machine, & since there were NO COVERS on the blizzards; the server could CLEARLY see that these were melted. I was going to give them back & have them make another, but my husband did not want to wait any longer.I gave 3 stars because they usually give good service and the food is good.    Read moreAWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ellen was TERRIBLE to say the least. Went through the line and ordered two blizzards. Took 20minutes around the first time to get our blizzards. Once we arrived home we noticed one of the blizzards was wrong and was missing strawberries. After I repeated my order twice to her I figured she would get it right but I was wrong. đ¤ˇââď¸ We returned again and the lobby was closed, so we waited another 20+ minutes and told them the correct order. We gave Ellen back the old blizzard and she said to wait a moment. She opened the window back up to show both the blizzards side by side saying that the cheesecake blizzards looks like that. I was SHOCKED that she would be so rude to take time out of her âamazing customer serviceâ to tell us how we were wrong (or so she thought)??? Well, no strawberries means the order is WRONG. And that her statement was not only RUDE but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In that moment a refund was requested (the ânewâ blizzard was spilling out the sides, leaking over her hands) and her face was priceless. The manager was called over, and she could be heard saying ,âI guess they didnât like I proved them wrong,â and we were given our money back. I would recommend going to McDonalds down the street!    Read moreI normally love this place but I went last night and the person in front of me waited for a while just to place his order so you could tell he was annoyed. When it was my turn, I asked for a #1 to which I had to repeat myself 3 times because the girl on the speaker and the other girls there couldnât stop laughing. I get having fun at work itâs good but donât be rude to your customers because you canât stop laughing. Then pulled up to the window, they completely forgot everything we asked for and was still laughing so I was nice and waited. They gave everything and forgot the drink. I sat there and waited about 10 mins for them to finally open the window. They were standing around. They thought I was the next customer but I just asked for a drink since I paid for it. The girl said she would grab it meanwhile 2 more girls kept trying to hand me the ice creams for the car behind me. And if I was that person, I would be upset because they were so melted.
