Love Taco Bell and used to like this location ok but this place really has gone in the toilet the last 6 months. Even pre-covid. Seems like the owners just don't care or are writing off the location.
It started with messing up even simple orders, giving wrong items, forgetting other items. Day/noon shift was ok for a long time, but night shift...forget it. Then they moved on to not cooking stuff right. Beans that were chalky and mealy and obviously old, meat that was separating and also obviously reheated, then running out of even basic taco bell staple ingredients like tomatoes beef or nachos, etc.
Go anywhere else.
Edit: 2 years later, all new crew...and they still screw up any order with more than 3 items. Sad this is the only non-burger ff in the area. This place sucks so bad.
Edit2: Look at the 5 star reviews....only a couple of them are legit reviews. The rest are paid fake reviews with nothing added to them, just the high rating to artificially inflate the score.
Edit 2-8-24. Been awhile, figured I'd give em a chance. $14.50 for two bean burritos and a taco. Asked the girl at the window what was up with the total....she said a bean burrito is now $5.25! For a bean burrito?!...
Read moreFood was typical Taco Bell food and service was what I've come to expect at most fast food restaurants. No condiments are self-serve, and they won't be offered either. If you want taco sauce, ketchup, or butter, you'll have to ask at the counter for it, and you will be treated like it's an inconvenience. The same goes for silverware for your mac and cheese or anything else that typically requires a fork or spoon.
Our biggest issue was a safety issue. The manager repeatedly locked the only entrance/exit for guests while people were eating in the restaurant. They did not want anymore people to come in even though the restaurant was open for 3 more hours. Three times people from our party went out to the parking lot and were immediately locked out. They had to wait for someone to notice them standing outside so they could be let back in. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a fire hazard. The exits can not be locked while guests are still eating in the restaurant. Several people from our party attempted to talk to the manager about it, but he just yelled at us that this is what he...
Read moreSo My brother and I weant to get food for the whole family (4 people) going through the drive thru, and the lady said she couldn't hear us when we where practically screaming and was kind of rude to us and wasn't even trying to be nice. When we pulled up to the window we paid then she said to us "Your food is going to take a little bit of time, do you want to try our new drink? it is mountain dew with peach in it." We said yes and she gave us a sample, about half a small cup. We drank and we told her we liked it so she gave us two large mountain dew with peach in it for free! I thought that, that made up for her taking a whe for our order. After a little while we got our food and we checked it to nake sure that we had everything. She forgot our chicken strips, so she got them for us. Then we checked again, and she forgot my brothers tacito. So she checked the screen that had our order, and she said we didn't order one but we did. She was being really rude about it so we just left. In conclusion, their food is good but their...
