The North Windham AutoZone is amazing I refuse to go anywhere else I literally cannot say enough about this place but let me tell you it’s not the store that makes it amazing it’s the employees let me tell you Suzy.. very sweet very smart she even remembered my phone number I’ve been there so many times lol she does good at what she does I’ve never gotten a wrong part or told incorrect information from her she goes above and beyond! Neil sorry if I spelt it wrong there couldn’t be a better manager he will do anything that is needed to get the job done he gives up for nothing not even a last resort lol he has called me back before when we thought that it couldn’t be done and he made it happen he will always call back on the commercial line and let me know if something happens and when I order something there’s no games that stuff is at my shop 20 mins tops other competitors I have waited over an hour and there delivery drivers are rude all of autozone deliver drivers are nice and I enjoy seeing them every day and don’t forget Corey he is a riot he always makes me laugh and will also go out of his way to get the job done he is also pretty knowledgeable with the workings of automobiles autozone you take care of the guys they are the heart of your store and the major reason I return every day yes that’s right personally and commercially I shop at your store every single day...

I was at the Windham AutoZone store last Sunday 8/28 gathering parts for a light tune up on my truck. I had just left another local auto parts store empty handed and frustrated. No help was offered at all even though it was obvious I was having difficulty. As I entered the Windham AutoZone I was greeted by 2 women employees who immediately asked if they could help me. Within minutes they had looked up my parts and had them off the shelves, in my hands and I was out the door. All of the parts fit perfectly. I cannot begin to explain how smooth and easy this process was and how grateful I am for the help of these 2 employees. In the future I will not waste any of my time at any other auto parts store. We bought a used truck and come to find out it needed a battery. We jump started it but didnt dare to chance it to make it back to Waterville. So the closest part store open was Auto Zone in Windham. We get there and Corey and the cashier were so nice and helpful. As the cashier was ringing us out, after sge asked what size or voltage,(I didnt have a clue) Corey got the service cart and tools to help take the old battery out and put the new one in. Well, that didn't fit. Corey was watching out the windows, came out and asked what was wrong. We said he should have a different one and went to look. He did and it fit perfectly!
