My 1 star review is not for the lack of capability to determine the price of coins but as a direct result of customer service. The attitude I was given for simply not scrolling down farther on google past the open and store hours to the section that said by appointment only was met with rude remarks and attitude. While I was informed by the sign on the door of the building so I while sitting in the parking lot I called to schedule an appointment. I went to this store to see what I could get for some of my old jewelry. I had silver in 1 bag & gold in the other. The owner put a ring I thought was silver in the gold pile. He said he thought it was white gold. He tested it and it was. He could have left it in the silver pile and gave me the silver price and I would not have known. He was super honest.
