Emoloyee was nice but there are several issues with the shop.
To start most of the back ussues have no bags and boards and many are damaged. The comic boxes are stacked on floor and need to be moved to look around. Unfortunately the boxes are unorganized and dont nessisarly contain what they say - also many comic are backwards in the box. All of this rearranging of un bagged and board books to see what is in the boxes is probably why most books are damaged.
Also I was told that the back issues are mostly cover price. What this apparently meant was that each would be priced at the counter. Wasted over an hour pulling books out for them all to be proced at Ebay values. Guy should have paid me an hour of minimum wage for pulling his inventory that needed updates.
This of course would have been fine if he said "I'll price the books one by one at the counter". Transparency is key - if you say cover price and you see people pulling books that you know you will charge Ebay values for - say something (they said they saw me pulling books and had a few prices ready at the counter before I walked up.) Dont need to let customers...

TL;DR: Good communication. Decent collection. A little overpriced.
If you want a list of cards fast and you don't mind paying a bit extra, Heros and Horrors would be a great choice! However, it may not be the place for shoppers on a budget. They have a great system for sending in a list of cards. For me, at least, they got back to me within the day for a list of 60+ cards. They understandably didn't have all of them, but it was an impressive showing for one store. The issue, for me, came with the pricing system. I've seen worse. (A store I went to recently charged 50c per common and $1 per uncommon) But I've also seen better. (A store I frequent matches online prices in addition to further discounts the more you buy.)
If you're looking for good fast and cheap. You'll have to settle for...

I'm not talking $5 more than everywhere else, I'm talking DOUBLE the price in some instances. I'm all for supporting local business, especially game stores, but I'm not willing to pay more than 10% more to support them, let alone DOUBLE the cost of some games.
I asked if they would be more competitive on pricing for a game and they said "no" and that's it. I bought two games because they were 10% more than what I could find elsewhere, so fine. I won't be back. I'd recommend shopping online or going to one of the Fort Collins stores as their pricing is more in line with what you would expect.
With crazy inflation these days, a board game is a discretionary expense and I, nor others who are fiscally responsible, should be blowing money like it's going...
