I am 99.99999% sure the Nag Champa incense I bought is fake. I buy thus stuff constantly from other places, this stuff won't stay lit (one stick has stopped burning twice) and has VERY little smell, only kinda smokey.

The stuff I buy from head shops and new age stores looks different, is packaged differently, is very powderful (covers my entire apartment) and smells glorious.

I've been using this brand for over a decade, this doesn't seem to be it.

Also, I got ID checked to buy this incense which was super strange, had to run out to my car. I buy this stuff from head shops selling vape equipment and have never once been ID checked, ever. Not once. Not sure if they got hit in a tobacco sting, but I was told at the register that the state of Colorado required them to check IDs for every transaction, which is...

By far the most expensive place!

You get ripped off here. Juice is like $25-$30 when red star and other places ive been to is $15 for the same size, brand ex. lol vape device I got was $45 and it doesnt even work, lights hardly showed and I didn't like it due to all the different settings that's we couldn't figure out. called the people and was told I can't exchange or return it (2 days after purchase) it's still in the original box and packaging for pods and charger. Went to another shop and the same machine was $30. I took the one I purchased from this location to have them look at it and they tested it with thier own pods and after messing with it for 10min. Or so, they said it's a faulty device. Took a brand new one off their shelf and tried it, and worked perfectly! I will never return or...

Purchase defective torch rather than fixing the problem and continuing business they decided to end the business relationship. * It was purchased to work .It did not , you lost more than one consumer, and you were allowed to keep the defective unit , that's an easy business decision that you allowed to fail. Your incorrect customer service decision cost you more than the mark up price that the unit cost you. That's bad business... ps the lighter only worked during demo after purchase it sat on a shelf 5 mo as it was purchased, defective.

I will advise against purchases of blue torch style lighters to my colleagues in the future, minority customer ,good day...
