But treated others with extreme warmness maybe learn to treat everyone equally especially when the person picking up the order for your business was being kind and patient just wanting to get the orders correct and on time for the customers who ordered! . Left feeling discouraged and upset, felt not wanting to support or deliver for your business and that is RARE for me because I pick up and support all business . Maybe get a friendly staff who can clearly communicate clear names and not get odd when the person picking up if it’s for Uber eats/ Doordash.. We’re also supporting your business and take time to make your food presentable and good for ordering customers. It’s important to us. I was window shopping today here in Windsor and as a past restaurant owner, I love to read menus. So as I was reading the menu on the window, a gentleman was coming out and held the door for me, I said "oh thank you but I'm just reading the menu", with enthusiasm he said, " oh you don't want to miss this!" He told me they made the best food and that the owner was top notch!! At that, I told him he sold me and I entered! Beautiful menu of sandwiches and salads and soups! Glad to see Turkey options, Cracked Pepper Turkey!! Very clean and well run, everyone was very nice, and most of all... the Cracked Pepper Turkey sandwich on "REAL SAN FRANCISCO SOURDOUGH ROLL" (that they bake fresh) was exceptionally delicious 😋 👌!! West Coast Sourdough checked all boxes to earn a 5 star review. The restaurant was clean and there was a comfortable table empty for us. Customer service was excellent with employees greeting us with a smile and displaying outstanding manners as they took our order. Price was very reasonable and portions were plentiful. Finally, the food was very good. My Cobb salad was loaded with turkey, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato and some croutons. My wife's Greek salad had tremendous flavor and the small was more than enough for her.
