new in town , when I first came into the store I came alone with my daughter just window shopping . The lady inside was so nice to me & my girl that I told myself I would come back and purchase something just for that reason. I found a couch that I liked & came back the following weekend. When I returned the older lady wasn’t there however a young woman was & she was also super sweet, easy to talk to and understanding of price range! She helped me & my grandmother pick this beautiful couch. She listened to my wants & even went out her way to find me this 3pc table set that still kept me in my price range! Love this store 10/10...

We just bought a house. We needed a new refrigerator. Not only did the crew from Phillips take out the old one, they installed the new one and found a water leak that had not been noticed before. They tried to fix it themselves without me even asking, not something they had to do, just a part of great customer service. When it still didn't solve the problem they showed me exactly what I would need to do to fix it, also not a traditional part of their jobs I'm sure. It just shows how much care the give to their customers. These guys have installed ovens for us, various furniture pieces, and have always been absolutely professional...

Really like the new mattress we just purchased. Delivery was awesome and they took away our old mattress, which was wonderful so we didn’t have to deal with a dump run. Took a little longer to get the mattress than I expected as apparently I ordered it just after they had already done their own ordering for the week and then the following week was a holiday week so didn’t get it then either due to the delivery van not coming that week. But we slept on it last night and slept pretty well considering it is brand new and not broken in yet. I would definitely recommend Phillips furniture for anyone looking for...
