I was very close to changing internet services. Thankfully I spoke with Jeremy in your tech section last Friday he gave me some new options as far as service speed and wad able to bring my bill down. I've called several times to talk to someone to see if there was a way to fix my speed and also lower my bill. I was a pc computing customer for over 8 years and my bill was extremely high and my service was so bad a show would buffer through the whole thing. If it wasn't for Jeremy I would've canceled you all. He was super helpful and got my services changes immediately. As for the two tech guys who came out Tannner and Ethan. They were super knowledgeable, helpful and very respectful of my home, and with the placement of the wires and satellite. I had to leave for work and they left my place nice and tidy and were very quick. I just appreciate my experience more than you know. Also the internet is fabulous now. Thank you!!! I really like this company. They have very good USA based customer service. They are competitively priced, the installers are very good. It's a kind of wireless internet so getting a strong connection isn't always easy. But they work with you to get service that will work even though it might not be the exact one you want. They are limited by location so don't expect cable like internet. On occasion weather can affect service but that's the nature of the type of internet. For the price you can't beat it, they don't throttle your speed, and they keep local bandwidth high, like there's only so much data that the system can take and they try to keep that below 80% or so that way your speeds are pretty consistent. We have had this service for 13 months now and it has been great. Speeds are usually close to what we pay for, slightly slower at times and have had it go a bit higher at others.

Down time has been minimal. Most of them have been scheduled maintenance that I just so happen to be up during. Other times they have taken care of the issue asap up to their control. Power outages/weather complications ect.

We have also had wonderful customer service anytime we have had to go in and talk to anyone for any reason and their referral program is great. Switched from Starlink and have not regretted it once....
