Omg. DO NOT GO TO THE PRIME RIB THURSDAYS. I don't tell the internet not to go somewhere - this, this is an abomination and they should probably rethink serving the prime rib. Or change their chef.

First, it shouldn't take more than thirty minutes to serve prime rib. It should be ready to go in the back, slice and serve. No matter how short staffed you are. Slice and serve. When we finally got our prime ribs, they all appeared to be the right color for our medium rare requests...then we cut into them. It was a light light pink at the bottom and somehow a red layer (what we thought indicated a accurately cooked prime rib) at the top. I am not sure of the cooking mechanism that gives you that demarcation...but it's not something I want to see on my prime rib. I'd like my prime rib to be uniform in color and presentation. This was not the case.

In addition, the mashed potatoes, albeit were tasty, were congealed on top from sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The butter (for the roll) was mistaken for horseradish by a couple of our friends. Should be clearer on what is served especially when we all asked for horseradish.

I'm sure the rest of the food is okay...just not the prime rib. Too bad because I'm in NV and I feel like beef is one of their...

So we waited to be seated and it didn't take long to get a seat but when we were asked if we were ready my wife says can we get a few minutes and we figured out what we wanted Suzanne c comes back to take me and my wife's order and then we waited for the food to come to table not even 5 minutes later Suzanne comes back with the bill and almost putting it in my burger I can't even enjoy my food before I have to pay what great customer service that is I will not be coming back learn better customer service it's your customer's that make your pay check and another thing don't make seem like you want to get your customer's out so you can have a smoke...

So I just came n ordered plain food they put mushrooms so I sent it back they literally wiped off my mushrooms n sent it back the same exact sandwich mind you i had took a bite out of it so i know it was the same I have a slight allergy to them and onions nothing major but I do break out so I was just livid also my waitress was awful the chick was rude and honestly I have half a mind to report them to a health inspector I’m going to leave a yelp review as well I just can’t believe the insanity of them to wipe my food off and send it back to me n the service I’m...
