My husband bought me a custom bar necklace with our wedding date. We just got married 2 months ago and the fact he went and purchase this necklace meant a lot to me, and was supposed to be really special. We received the necklace took a month to get it and to my surprise it was poorly made and the “gold” was extremely distorted with what looks like copper. The necklace cost over $400 and was supposed to be 14 kt yellow gold. When I went into the store the lady was beyond rude and didn’t care about the issue or even try to get it fixed. I seriously couldn’t believe how horrible the lady treated me even knowing we have spent a lot of money in her store previously. If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Rice Jeweler's refused to take it back the very next morning, only offered to give him store credit. She said it was our choice if we chose not to shop there again.
