My husband bought me a custom bar necklace with our wedding date. We just got married 2 months ago and the fact he went and purchase this necklace meant a lot to me, and was supposed to be really special. We received the necklace took a month to get it and to my surprise it was poorly made and the “gold” was extremely distorted with what looks like copper. The necklace cost over $400 and was supposed to be 14 kt yellow gold. When I went into the store the lady was beyond rude and didn’t care about the issue or even try to get it fixed.
