I was a resident at the leaves for a year. I paid 890 a month for a year and was never late on my rent. When we moved in the paint on the walls throughout the apartment was 2 different colors. There were paint spots all over the floor and the apartment wasn't clean. I mentioned how bad it looked to Ashton the Manager and she said it will look better when you hang your stuff on the walls. I didn't make a big deal about it even though I was disappointed. While living there it was a hassle to get stuff fixed and the manager would always come up with and explanation as to why something wasn't working properly. When we move out we left the apartment in better condition then when we moved in and they kept our deposit because she said the apartment wasn't clean. I really don't need the money from the deposit but it is disappointing when you get taken...

Renters beware!!! HORRIBLE manager!!! Things DO NOT get fixed in a timely manner or at all!! She will lie and keep your deposit! The apartment I rented was filthy upon move in and VERY clean upon move out!! Paint was a mismatch color spotted "touch up" upon move in & she kept the deposit for cleaning and paint. She has zero management skills. Communication is terrible and forget about trying to reach the owners or anyone above her because she has to forward any messages on and those messages are more than likely not passed on (of course). Too bad there isn't a negative star review. There are another set of apartments close by that are better ran and just as decent. There is nothing 'upscale' about...

One of the nicer apartment complexes in the area. Spacious and reasonably priced. Fixtures are very nice, simulated hardwood floors, rounded corners. 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms available. The property is clean and well maintained. A few blocks from downtown (walking distance). I would recommend these to anyone moving...
