I had a terrible experience at this location. We bought a Dubai chocolate bar that was completely melted the package was still sealed and unopened. We realized immediately, came back less than a minute later, and politely asked for a refund. The request was denied, so we asked if we could simply exchange it instead. The blonde-haired employee was extremely disrespectful and rude to us. The customer service here is unacceptable selling a product in that condition and refusing to make it right is not how you treat customers. Definitely won’t be returning and would not recommend this...

Rocket Fizz in Winona Lake has everything you might expect, and some things you might not: many many hard-to-find candies, and many many hard-to-find varieties of soft drinks, including Shirley Temple soda pop, Triple XXX root beer (yes, like the root beer at that restaurant in Lafayette, IN), Grape Nehi, and Orca Beverage's Pumpkin Spice Tonic. I even found a Carrot Cake soda -- and it did indeed taste recognizably like carrot cake! Nice work, Star Trek food-replicator! The staff helpfully provided a box to hold the sodas...

The whole place is like Frozen in a Time that you just don't see anymore stuff like Taffy's and hand Designed pop's like Bacon or pickle or butter beer jelly bellies Candy or card deck's with the 3 stooges on it since this was My first time I can't provide pictures of the shop's stuff however I Will be returning soon and providing pictures to this review. My vote is to you is go and see it you won't be disappointed at all. Keep up your great work with bringing My childhood to me...
