The Lakehouse — Attraction in Winona Lake

Owner took a reservation for a half-day rental for Memorial Day 2020, two weeks prior to the memorial day. Four people drove one hour to Lake Winona only to find out that no boat was available. The owner said the boat was broken on the phone... However, when we walked inside The Lake House and talked to the staff they mentioned to us that the boats were not even in the water yet therefore no rental was even possible. This man who owns this business ruined the Memorial Day holiday for four wonderful people. The owner showed no remorse. It is unfortunate that the owners failed response has resulted in me having to share our story...

Awesome shop with great atmosphere, laid back vibe, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to shop the best brands of surf and skate apparel, footwear, wake boards SUPs and longboards.
