First of all I want to start of my rant with the Customer Service. Either the Management or Corporate need to train their employees ALOT better than they do!!! Second of all the employees need to learn how to clean. This place is limited seating as it is but when practically every table is dirty what are you to do?? Third, back to the Customer Service, when you have a paying customer asking for Hot Fresh Fries, Be Honest With Them!!!! The past 2 Times my husband and I have come in to order our food to go or go to the drive-thru and have gotten home, Our fries are already getting cold. We only live 5 minutes away. Tonight....Well tonight I was shocked!!!! Once again we went thru the drive thru (only car in the drive thru), We order our food and my husband once again asked for hot fresh fries. We pulled up to the window had the kid repeat our order, he took our payment, then handed us our food (which we were thinking wow that was very fast service, we always have to wait for our food). Well when we got home 5 mins later that's when we discovered that BOTH of our meals were cold, not luke warm but Cold!!! The ONLY items that were actually hot was the 2 little containers of navy that came with our meal. Like they just put them in the microwave for a minute to warm it up. I then tried calling multiple times to speak to the manager but the phone just rang and rang. The Morale of the story....ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY FROM THE WINDOW...
Read moreI’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at Dairy Queen. We’ve gone three nights in a row, and every single time, our order has been wrong. I’m not sure if the staff can’t hear properly or just aren’t paying attention.
The first night, I ordered a cheesecake Blizzard and received a turtle Blizzard instead. The second night, I ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard for my toddler and made it clear—three times—that it had to be the cups, not the pieces, because she’s a toddler and can’t have the pieces. Despite this, they gave us Reese’s Pieces.
Tonight was the worst. They got the order wrong again and gave us the pieces ice cream. My toddler refused to eat it, which I expected since she’s picky. But as I dumped it out, I noticed two hairs in the ice cream. Gross!
It’s one thing to mess up an order once, but two nights in a row—and then to find hair in the ice cream? That’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, my husband mentioned that the staff seemed more interested in chatting with friends and bragging about grilling 20 cheeseburgers than actually paying attention to getting our order right.

Read moreTake your money elsewhere! Slow and rude service. The “manager” is usually outside taking a smoke break. We once waited inside for 20 minutes before they could take anyone in lines order. The customer ahead of us asked if they could take their order and they said sorry they had to get other food out. I definitely understand food service but it wasn’t a professional or apologetic response. Recently also wanted to use the Warsaw tiger discount card (buy one medium get one of equal or lesser value, I wanted a mini which is more than a dollar cheaper) but they refused to make the free one smaller. I think it’s worth heading to a different place to spend your money on a venue that places customer service higher in their values. Always love a DQ...
