While the new look is cool, the ice cream did not meat the bar. I was hoping for homemade ice cream or at least small batch, quality ingredient icreams. It did not have this quality. Typically we always come here as a family and it is great. The past few time we have came service was awful! TODAY I was in the car with my newborn and called to ask their flavors to see if they had anytime my toddler would enjoy and their response was look on facebook. I told them I had checked and I could not find them and the response was idk what to tell you they are on facebook. It was RUDE and unasked for! THE ATTITUDE was unacceptable. It's hard to say goodbye to the previous ice cream shop, but I'm glad a new one took its place! Social isn't the cheapest spot in town to go to get your ice cream fix, but the options taste high quality. I love their churro flavor, and they also feature a couple rotating homemade options from a shop in Nappanee. While the downstairs vibe is a little bright and loud for my taste, the quieter, cooler room upstairs is a great retreat and wasn't available with the previous shop.
