Cloud 9 Multisport — Local services in Winona Lake

Can I say how life changing this store is? Sounds a little extreme but because my son happened to stop in while we were visiting Winona Lake, and because the owner was so nice, my son asked if we could support a local shop by buying a pair of socks. My son would love to be active but has suffered from foot issues for 5 years (including Severs disease) that two podiatrists said would need stretching and just time to grow out of. Too many years later and tired of waiting and getting more unhealthy, the owner of Cloud 9 put him on a computer and was able to give him a pair of inserts and shoes (Brooks Ghosts) and my son went from barely walking around the block to a 10 mile hike back in the mountains of Arizona in less than a month. He feels great and no more foot pain! That whole Cloud 9 feeling is no joke. Once you can be active it just makes the rest of your life so much better.

He also offered to ship us a pair of trail shoes that were out of stock since we were traveling from out of state. Great customer service!

Cloud 9 is a great store, and proof that the customer service small businesses offer is superior to any big box. I usually buy our athletic gear at REI which I love but I will always prefer to support a local business (my parents owned one for years in downtown Warsaw) and Cloud 9 is just the perfect place to find a pair of shoes, socks or other gear to help you get moving and...

I buy a lot of shoes... typically online, but I heard about the foot scanning system that Cloud 9 Multisport offers and thought I'd check it out. As a dad of athletic kids, I'm constantly worried that I'm not getting them correctly fitting shoes.

I took the whole family in there and the owner, Keith, spent about 45 minutes with us scanning everyone's feet, explaining the analysis, and making recommendations. He was so gifted in his approach with the kids; really engaging and interactive with them. I've been running for years and the analysis even provided me with some insight into my gait and what shoes I should be in.

The personal touch and exceptional costumer service provided is pretty rare these days. We left with a bunch of shoes and orthotics that we're 100% confident are the right fit! Thanks Cloud 9...

I am a big fan of this store. I bought a pair of inserts here that were not right for me, and I had no trouble returning them. This encouraged me to buy a pair of Brooks for me and my wife, and we love them. But besides all this, the store is a really great landmark for the running community in Winona Lake. It’s a great place to find out about local races, and every Saturday during the summer they leave a box of bananas out for people using the trails for their runs and biking. It shows that they value being a part of the community as much as they care about making a sale, and we need to support people and places for the good of our community.
