Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center — Attraction in Winona Lake

I'd like to give it 3.5 stars but it won't allow it. Nice building, no handicap accessible seating anywhere. Prior to purchasing concert tickets for Matthew West I contacted 3 different numbers and Noone could tell me where accessible seats were. We did not see any anywhere in the arena.
