I read the reviews prior to arriving and well I’m not having as good as luck as some of the more positive reviews. It’s 12/4/24 7:30 pm I arrived at 4:40 pm for a 5:30 pm appointment and as of this review still waiting for a phone call to be assigned to a dock . They have a dirt lot you pull into call the number on the sign and after giving your pick up number play the waiting game. There is a port a John at least but they DO Not ALLOW OVERNIGHT PARKING and there isn’t any truck stops near by. Was told the Walmart in town has parking guess I’ll find out if I ever get loaded. I picked up a load a few days ago here i waited 9 hours to get loaded i was told they would help me with appt time delivery and they would pay detention for making me wait. after i got loaded i went straight to a truck stop i didnt have no more hours to drive.. next day i went to the delivery and they were closed i was late only 1 hour but they said they would wait cause it wasnt my fault i had to deliver the next day and missed my next load pickup... then i find out today they only payed me $180 for 9 hours of wait and they said they wont pay for layover no more before they said yes... dont waist your time you will end up losing...

The Heritage European artisan flour is fantastic! It is not bleached or bromated! Quality flour! The people that work there are very nice and helpful. They carried my 50 lb bag of flour to my car. Yes, you have to buy 50 lbs but the price is worth it. Share with friends. I have a problem with gluten and this flour used in moderation works great! I weigh out 5 lbs and put it in gallon ziplock bags which I keep in my refrigerator. I am sure you could also put it in the freezer.
