My Mother and I have shopped at Morgan's Jewelers, Winona, Minnesota, for more than 30 years. Morgan's Jewelers has stood the "test of time" and is a tradition in the Winona area. Morgan's is a fascinating jewelry store with high quality merchandise and is family-owned. The owner, son and staff are honest and fair. Jim is an extremely knowledgeable jeweler, with years of experience and provides extraordinary customer service. Jason is an awesome jeweler and watchmaker too. Overall, the staff provides very good service. If the store does not have the jewelry item in stock, the owner and/ or staff will work with you, to order it or design it to the your satisfaction. Over the years, my Mother and I have purchased a number of items. Among them was a blue sapphire ring, diamond solitaire, 14K earrings, a pearl necklace, and several watches, wedding and baby gifts, etc. We have been thrilled and overjoyed with design and quality of the jewelry. Also, very pleased with the gifts we have purchased there. This store is a great place to find a distinctive piece of jewelry or a quality gift for that special someone in your life whether it be a gift for a birthday, Christmas, graduation, wedding or baptism. Diamonds or other precious gemstones of your choosing can be set in traditional or unique ring mountings or pendants, etc. The staff still takes the time to carefully gift wrap the item purchased and at no extra charge!! In addition, the staff is trained to restore fine jewelry and they are certified to repair watch movements. The ring I orered was exactly what I wanted but the store was a little disorganized. When I ordered they said they would text me to let me know how long it would take. No text, so I waited two weeks then checked. The ring came in shortly after I checked. They called me on Saturday at 12:30 and said the ring was in. So I called them at 1:00 when I heard the message they said they were closing so I couldn't come a get it that day, which was fine. But then they said they had to process the ring and that they would text me on Monday as to when it would-be ready. On Monday I got no text, so I texted them and they text back that they called me on Saturday leaving me a message that it was ready. So the ring was fabulous and the price was great but the store was a little unorganized. This was right when things were opening up...

We couldn't be happier with our recent experience at Morgan's Jewelers. We truly appreciate the friendly, helpful, excellent customer service we received from our local jewelry store. We are so thrilled with the beautiful new rings for our 20th anniversary. Thank you, Jason and Jessica for such a wonderful experience. Both were able to answer every question we had, giving us time to look at and try on each ring we were interested in. We were able to purchase exactly what we wanted, and stay within our budget.
