Hey, I just want to say that I have never had a better experience buying a phone and other devices from T-Mobile. It's like something I've never experienced before. I've met three different people here in two visits and every one of them has gone way way way above and beyond. They have spent time with me teaching me educating me talking me off the ledge after working with another nameless horrible giants internet provider. I had just come from a situation where it was oversold products that were unrealistic and unhelpful for me. I lost $500 on the process because they charged for starting a service stopping a service. I did trade-ins for two beautiful devices and they paid me only $11 for each because I broke the contract after 9 days. I had been told I would have a 30 The grace period. The company I'm speaking of of course rhymes with horizon. Good enough folks work there but the company has savagely, unkind and unfair charges. So enough about the trauma. Get yourself down to T-Mobile and find somebody that really gives a damn about customer service and finding you the absolute perfect device for you. I have never felt rushed but only supported and guided in every single way. Jake, Nick and blessed sweet guy Rashad have all restored my faith in a sometimes prickly and hostile world. T-Mobile is your...
Read moreWhen Sprint merged with Tmobile, we had connection/network issues. They had us swap our SIM to Tmobile. This fixed the issue and we were able to once again get amazing coverage, fast and dependable. We use our hotspot on our phones because we are in a rural area where we don't have access to reliable or fast internet. This was a great way to have internet! Unfortunately on Friday December 10, I came home from work to NO COVERAGE. I immediately chatted with Tmobile. Their customer service is very nice and friendly. Fast forward to a week later and talking to Tmobile about 5 different times. We have gotten 4 different answers and twice told this would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. I am appalled at the lack of communication and knowledge as to why we would go from FULL BARS to absolutely NO coverage. How does not one person have an answer for us? How do we go from having coverage to none at all? I have service everywhere else except my home valley now. Again, the customer service is friendly and has been treating us well but I am so done with not being told when or even IF this will...
Read moreNick the manager was the most unfriendly, unhelpful and disrespectful Sprint employee I have ever met. I have used this store since 2006 and had great people who were always willing to help and give me advise but this manager and the new staff definitely shouldn't be working for Sprint. When I called to discuss my broken phone he barely listened to me and just kept telling me I had to send it in. When I informed him that I call the 800# for Sprint already and they told me to take it to a repair store he said the people who work the 800 number use an out dated system and don't know what they are talking about (pretty much his exact words). Since visiting other Sprint store I feel like this store is under some pretty strict protocol as I haven't been asked to have my id scanned in at any other location or at the Winona store ever before. Makes you wonder what they are doing besides providing awful customer service and NO repair work. I would suggest you take your phone elsewhere if you would like it fix, upgraded or just good...
