Visited your store this last Sunday and a wonderful young woman helped me find what I needed and told me if it doesn't work you can return it. Ended up the item was not quite what I needed so I returned to your store yesterday 10/14/2025 around 1130 am. Chris in the photo department was at the register. He asked me what was wrong with the item and I explained it wasn't what we needed and he took my ID several times and had me run my original payment method 4 times and told me I could not return as he could not process it. I asked if someone else was available to assist. He said no and there was nothing that could be done. He was rude and impatient. His name tag said he was the shift lead. Really?!?! Can't process a return but is a shift lead? Oof. His inability to provide a positive customer experience is evident. He refused to help me. I just wanted my money back.    Read morePARENTS BEWARE: A pharmacist allowed an incorrect account prescription to be sold to us for my son. The pharmacist questioned the prescription and allowed it to be sold anyway. After consulting the clinic that initially prescribed the medication, I was informed that it is standard practice for the pharmacy to call and check that a prescription was written accurately if they had any doubts. The pharmacist questioned my partner, and my partner not being a medical professional said “that’s what the doctor said.” We received a call over 5 hours later from a different pharmacist to tell us that it was the wrong dosage. My toddler was prescribed 3.5 times the dosage he was supposed to receive. Here’s the deal: for us, it was merely amoxicillin, but for you and your child, it could be something that is deadly if overdosed. PLEASE, do not use this pharmacy. Someone would pick it up and then slam it down every time I tried to call. I then called the store and the manager transferred me to the pharmacy. Once on the phone with the pharmacy staff, I asked why they kept hanging up on me and they ignored my question and asked me what I needed. I filled out a complaint through the Walgreens website and have yet to hear back several weeks later.
