extremely rude unprofessional older man. came up 10 ft away from the front of the car attempting to give me instructions while it was pouring rain outside. I could not hear him nor make out what he was trying to do. He stomped over and yelled at me in a rude and loud tone to start my engine, which I did not understand his need to get upset as no regular human being would be able make out what a person is trying to say 10-15 ft away from your car in pouring rain (while also wearing a hood that covers half their face.) Started asking me questions on the fuel gage, and yelled at me multiple times to explain “WHY” it was important, in which I rephrased it multiple times for him. He yelled at me very rudely “I could care less, you can go ahead and reschedule your test right now, you need to tell me WHY.” I was taken aback by his rudeness and went more into depth as to WHY the fuel gage is important. He then switched up his words and said “no, you need to tell me WHERE” If he wanted me to explain WHERE he needs to use his words correctly instead of asking my “WHY WHY WHY.” He was also on his phone during the test. He made me and my father uncomfortable the moment we greeted him asking about the road test. He then proceeded to make me more uncomfortable and less confident in my road test BEFORE I even began driving. Extremely unprofessional. Very...

Things could not have gone better. I was prepared with the papers I needed, and the worker I dealt with,(I wished I could remember her name) made things so pleasurable that I still tell people about it to this day. And my second visit went just as smooth. I had to wait about a half hour but my actual business took around 5 minutes to complete. Very well run office. I wished all DMV visits could be this good. I'd give more...
Read moreMy wife and I went to get our real IDs to comply with the upcoming 2025 domestic travel Id guidelines and also because her license is about to expire. We were pleasantly surprised that we had no wait and the process only took about 15 minutes.
The staff was pleasant and efficient and parking was plentiful.

It would be nice if they accepted credit cards, but as of right now, the only except...
