Do yourself a favor and just say “yes” to using Southern Smoke BBQ as your wedding caterer! Brian was absolutely awesome and super easy to work with. His prices are very reasonable and most importantly the food was mouthwateringly good! People kept coming up and telling us how much they loved the food. My wife and I still talk about it 3 weeks after the wedding. It’s that good. Not only does he have an amazing selection of meats for the carnivorous folks, but he also has bountiful amount of vegetarian options for those who prefer not to eat meat. Brian catered our wedding in September in Vermont. Brian worked with us to create a unique Indian fusion taco bar, we were so happy with the food, we had a number of vegetarian/vegan/gluten free guests and everybody absolutely loved the variety, there was something for everyone! Fantastic. We had a graduation party with about 30 people. Brian helped me put together a menu of BBQ and seafood and it was amazing. Everyone raved. We had brisket, ribs and jambalaya.
