Location employees were very rude, seem to not want to help customers because I waited there in line for awhile before asking for help. Got attitude from the employee with a rude manner for asking questions. I was asking about the Emergency Broadcast Program was told you have to apply to get help if I was not there to pay a bill or get a phone , they had more important things to do and she walked away to the back office. There was a long line and others needed help but she seemed not care what was happening around the store. Don't wanna return there because I am a cricket customer and I didn't like the treatment or how I was being talked to. I switched to Cricket about a year ago and the staff actually got me excited about the service/phones, leaving me to never regret this decision. It doesn’t matter what time I come in, the gals are helpful and manager Lisa will jump right in to make sure all is going well! No question is ever too small, or too big! She will dive right into my phone to figure out the issue and if unable to, get on her phone calling her higher staff or support team to get an answer!
