I went through the drivethrew and I ordered off the $1 menu because it was just my 9 year old and myself and we wanted like 6 different things, I stated I was ordering off the $1 menu and gave her my list, she repeated it back to me and I said it sounded right drove to the window, she immediately handed me my drink and when I handed her the money to pay for my order. I put my straw in while I was waiting on my food order and took a drink and it was horrible so when she came back I handed her the dream back and she picks me and different kind I told her it was all so bad so I just got water they didn't offer to give me my money back. While I was getting my drink fixed my daughter check out our food order she couldn't find what she ordered so I went through the bag and there was three or four burritos it was all different stuff the only thing she recognized was the sweet we got. I went through the bag noticed there were three things in there that we ordered and then we were missing two. I told the lady at the window that we were missing some items and she ask what and I told her what we ordered and them told her what we had and she is so it was like she gave me the wrong order then a manager came out and said I heard you confirm the order and I heard her ask your for your confirmation so I'll make you to more of your burritos to make it even then I looked at the receipt and realize that they had not only not giving me what I ordered but they gave me the full size stuff so I paid 3 times more than I planned on spending and when he gave me my food bag back it didn't have any of the stuff that had in it in first and then have human stuff we ordered it was just three...

On April 20, 2025 I placed and PAID FOR an online order at 6:36p.m saying it would be ready at 6:47.p.m I received my email saying it was ready. When I go in at 6:47 p.m my order was not ready and I was ignored. I was Ignored for a 50 minutes. They proceeded to keep drive through moving. Had no intention on making my order and no problem saying the was fulfilled. That sounds like robbery. When I finally do get help after 50 minutes it is by a rude Manager. Spoke to me like a child. Turning the situation around as if I was the problem. No apology for the wait. He has very poor customer service. I’m the problem because I’m demanding a refund after waiting 50 minutes for food I never received but you had no problem changing me? He was making my refund complicated. he actually was demanding me to inconvenience my self even more. By going back home fetching my card that was on my account go back with the card and what? wait another 50 minutes to get a refund for an order I PAID for and they not fulfill? Make it make sense. Read moreI visited this location 08/03/23 at approximately 5:00 pm. I am local to this area and have never felt the need to leave a bad review, but today was another story. When I arrived I was the only customer. Nobody even acknowledged my presence, so I promptly used the self-order kiosk. Shortly thereafter an older couple came in and stood at the counter for some time. When they were finally acknowledged, they were directed to use the kiosk to place their order. I then went to the restroom which was filthy only to find that the soap dispenser was not even operational. Out of roughly 15 tables, I was only able to find 1 that was somewhat clean. All the other empty tables and the floor had food and trash all over them. Despite being the only customer at the time I ordered, my food took a good 15 minutes to prepare. Once it was ready, the cook called my name and tossed it, yes threw it, on the counter minus the drink I had ordered. When I went to retrieve it I had to call back and inform them of the drink I ordered. Another customer entered the store, was completely ignored by staff even after jangling her keys several times. I informed her that she would likely be ignored for a while only to be told to use the kiosk. At that moment, a worker emerged from the back on her smart phone and did not say a word to the customer standing at the counter.
