Subway — Restaurant in Winslow

Received a half portion of cheese on my son's sandwich and got charged for extra cheese when asked to remedy the issue. Kayce, the "sandwich artist", was very demanding while I was trying to decide what I wanted to eat. I had to ask what my total was before running my card as she did not tell me.

She was more concerned with charging me for extra cheese than she was with remembering what four sandwiches she had made just prior. When handing me my cups she placed her fingers inside of the cups and then took all four sandwiches and smashed them together to make them all fit in one bag.

I will turn around and walk out of this establishment if Kayce is the person making my food again. We didn't even receive a thank you or have a nice day when leaving.

She was very polite to the two customers after us and then went into the back and turned heavy metal music on that was loud enough for my family to hear in the front of the lobby.

Bad attitude followed by forcing customers to listen to music with profanity is a disgrace to any service...

Went in to get dinner for me and my family first off the girl with black hair and pony tail was super rude. Felt like we were bothering her when we walked in. First thing she said when we walked in was "HOW MANY SANDWICHES?! With a very rude and loud tone in her voice. Next when it came for my son to order she began to have even more attitude she asked him what kind of bread and he told her Italian and she proceeded to ask in a rude tone the sandwich or the bread when she clearly asked him what kind of bread. That is when I spoke up for him and said the bread. Because I noticed my son getting nervous and clearly upset at the way she was talking to him. I am really disappointed on how the employee treated us. Subway do better with your employee. As for her coworker the gentleman cashing us out was incredibly nice. I wish I got her name but unfortunately she also was not...

We got there at 5 pm there was long line and one worker she had to be setvier and cashier we didn't order until 545 a long time to wait.. and the tables were dirty, we had wipe our own table we had get towel from the bathroom to wipe the tables.. subway need to have 3 workers, while there six customers walk out, and she talks to people and visiting while people were waiting.. I told my husband let's wait to see how long we have to wait to get service... It took almost 55 mins until finally service us than while we order the oven wasn't working... No sign up at least let the us customers know ahead of time..this has to be address. Where is the...
