Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winslow

We dine in at 7:05pm on August 11,2024. A young girl took our order drinks first. She came back then took out pizza,hot wings order. I seen people come in to order then I notice more people ordering and picking up their orders. The server who took our order sitting at the booth in the back on her cellphone. I ask her its almost an hour where our order. She smile and laughs said, I forgot to put in your order ,but its almost done. At 750pm got the hot wings the guy server said, I'm sorry but your ranch is free of charge. Finally he brought out the pizza 8pm. I was upset gone to the cashier ask for the manager she was told her what happen she said I know and talk to her and she new here. The manager said,we discounted you $3.52 so your total $35.26. My family and I decided to dine it at this Pizza Hut after a long evening. Time says open until 12:30 A.M. Walked in at 9:00 pm to eat inside. The waitress came up to us directly and said "Last dine in is at 9:30, we only do to go orders as of now."

Meanwhile, there is a family table dining in beside us.

We gave her our to go order and she gave us an attitude. She was not helpful at all when we asked what type of drinks they had. She just pointed to the wall. I called for a delivery pizza and the female that answered was being very difficult. I know as soon as she heard my accent she became very difficult. She asked where I wanted the pizza delivered and I told her the Wyndham motel. I even spelled it out for her. She asked me if I was in Winslow Arizona. I said yes and I asked her where else is there a Winslow Arizona? Then she said there's a Winslow New Jersey. Well I'm not in Winslow New Jersey. I gave up and told her to forget about my order.
