Beyond disappointed To be honest, I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to write a review and hopefully save other customers a bad experience and a lot of money. I paid $30 for a box of 10 macarons and only 2 of them had the normal texture of a Macaron. I will say they are visually appealing, but Macarons should have a crisp crust and a chewy middle. These ones had a very dry, crunchy and more like a meringue cookie exterior and when you took a bite it crumbled everywhere. . :-( Not worth the drive, the time or the price!
UPDATE: Within minutes of sending a message via messenger I received a response and profusely apologized and promised a full refund but what really impressed me was the time they took to ask questions about the issue wanting to know the flavors purchased selected so they could "investigate with the macaroon crew" and talk to the owner David Ramirez. They have so many options including your traditional chocolates as well as many baked goods such as brownies, small cakes and macarons. I'd come back here to try new chocolate and macaron treats next time my husband and I are in the Winter Garden area! Thanks for a tasty...
