My siblings and I are tea fanatics, so we were excited to try some looseleaf tea from a local tea shop. We have tasted lots of looseleaf teas, from cheaper to premium options. The shop itself is cute in person and the staff is friendly. Having researched the flavours ahead of time it was confusing to see that there are no net weight amounts listed in the online tea listings - and as we discovered in person, teas are sold in 1oz (30g) amounts online while you can get larger quantities in person. Teas are also affordably priced based on different premium levels - bronze silver gold. We got a handful of teas across the levels - Formosa Oolong, Gunpowder Green, Organic Roobis, Organic Sencha Green, Blue Sky Oolong, and Lavender White teas. All teas were prepared properly in a specialized tea flask. Strangely, all of these flavours tasted bland (except the gunpowder which just tasted bitter)... even when doubling the recommended tea to water ratio. Perhaps these teas were just stale? Of this selection, the Roobis had the most flavour. And the gunpowder was ok, but quick to bitter. The lavender white tea tasted like a light lavender floral water. I do like that the Blue Sky had a few white flower tops in it. Overall I wouldn't repurchase looseleaf tea from here again :( ..I surprisingly prefer cheaper...

I am in Love with Tea and this place is my little peace of Heaven! I visit about 2 to 3 times a year and tend to buy in bulk. The owner is super knowledgeable about teas and her blends are her own. You can also request custom blends and have Tea parties! I spend on average about $50 to $100 a visit and again, I am a daily Tea drinker. I personally enjoy the Organic Ginger, and Bright Berry ( Bold Taste) are my favs. I have an array of Tisane Teas as well as her White, Black and Green Tea Blends. You can expect to spend around $4.75 per ounce of custom blended loose leaf teas. There is a wide range of Black Teas, Green Teas, Tisanes, Herbal Blends, Oolong and Roobios Teas and more. Great location and a perfect place to visit to learn about the benefits of Tea.

Next review will be on one of one of the new blends purchased today. I purchased, Boldly Blackberry Black Tea, Market Blend, Moroccan Mint Green Tea, Green Flower Rooibos, Organic Lemongrass Herbal Tea, Organic Lemon Balm Herbal Tea, Herbal Garden Party and Holy Basil.

Give it a try and learn something...

I found AntiquiTEAs a few months ago while browsing the Plant St Market. This has been my favorite spot since! I met the owner today. She was so nice and super helpful in helping me pick a tea. I usually get an earl grey with lavender I think? With tapioca boba but decided to try something new today. Strawberry with strawberry popping jelly. I can't wait to try more! Everytime I visit I am greeted with the sweetest people who seem to love their job! Very knowledgeable and the HUGE display of different teas to choose from is awesome.. Super fresh and it's delicious. A very unique tea cup chandelier that's hanging above this place is so...

Okay, let me just say that I had the best experience at this corner tea stand! The young lady who runs it is very knowledgeable on teas and is so sociable. She made me feel comfortable asking all my tea questions. She even climbed ladders so I could smell the teas on the tippy top shelves! Awesome service! Price wise- I think I paid around $7 for a packet of tea that lasts for 7 cups. Which is wonderful because of the high quality of the tea. I drove 35 minutes to try out this tea shop and I'm already planning a return trip! Do yourself a favor and head to the end of Winter Garden Village to this awesome LOCAL tea stand! You won't be disappointed!
