I come here often to purchase plants that I can’t find elsewhere and when I am in the area, but I can honestly say I have NEVER had a good experience with the employees. They would watch me walk around the store for 20+ minutes and not so much as even say hello to me. If I don’t ask for help, no one acknowledges me. This happens every single time I come in here. They will talk with everyone else who comes in after me though. I always feel invisible when I walk in here, maybe it’s because I don’t fit the demographic.

A few weeks ago, I stopped by around 8:00. The store was scheduled to close at 8:30. The boy who worked there said hey I’m getting ready to close so you guys need to leave. It was so disrespectful, I still made sure to walk around and look since there was still 30 minutes left before closing.
