Colonial Promenade — Local services in Winter Haven

They recently removed the tile flooring and never replaced it, instread opting to polish the concrete to a dangerously slippery sheen. I'm certain that unfinished floor is going to end a geriatric person's life or freedom. It also makes this store feel more like a warehouse than a customer facing store. They've also remodeled the store, moving sections unnecessarily. The aisles are tighter now and one area in pharmacy just deadends like a maze. Some things cost more than the Walmart further down Cypress Gardens Blvd. The shelves are only really stocked up at the beginning of the day; by the end of the day they are out of a lot of staples like milk. Pick up rarely picks up the phone.

There are a diversity of shops, groceries, hair dressers, pizza and other hot sandwiches, clothing shops and a dollar store to name just a few. Walmart is the anchor store and it is fairly large. The Olive Garden restaurant's parking lot can be entered or exited from the Colonial Promenade. I shop here often and find the the people welcoming, friendly and listen well to any question(s) I may ask. I have found employees from different businesses to be informed and willing to help. The area is clean and well kept each time I have been there. I haven't observed any loitering, so I feel safe at this shopping location.

We went to the Walmart to pick up groceries that they had picked for us. It's truly a joy to sit in the living room do you make my grocery list up somebody picks it and I just go pick it up. So glad I finally discovered the Walmart Shopper experience. The website is easy. You are in charge of picking substitutes if need be or if you even want substitutes. So if they're out of an item you don't get an item you don't want. And if they do have to substitute something they let you know and plenty of time so you can okay it or cancel it. Can you pull up and they come out with all your goodies. The shopping does not stop with groceries is anything Walmart sells they will shop for you and get.
