I wish I could give zero star, my lunch break is 30 mins like everyone else. I ordered ONLINE, AHEAD OF TIME, and still had to wait. I waited my entire lunch break and still didn't receive my food. I got to subway and went in, one person in line. I waited until he was done. Told the guy working that I'm picking up an online order, all he said was oh it's not ready. I said ok and sat down, this guy proceeds to making every single customers order but mine. Mind u these people are just walking in and he's making their food. Honestly like 3/4 persons. I'm just watching and waiting (he can see me, see him). Then asked how long will it take, urs still I haven't started yet. It's just a sub, chips and a drink, that's all and its took 30 mins, my entire break. He was about to hand me just the sandwich and not my sides that came with it, I got my chips and my sandwich. Did he give me a cup for my drinks? Absolutely not, I had to tell him there's a drink with my order, I'm assuming he didn't hear me because he then tries to charge me for said drink. But once again I ordered everything ONLINE, it's paid for already!! So yea don't go there on ur break and don't order online because it will take at least 30mins for "fast food" and apparently they cant read an online order and get everything right. My wife walked into the Subway with my daughter and autistic son, it was a hot day (100 degrees or greater) and she had to sit for a moment before ordering . She gave a small snack to my son (I remind you, he is a toddler and then went to the counter to order and the employee after making her food told her in a haughty tone "You know you can't eat anything but Subway in here?" She then crumpled up the receipt and threw it to the side instead of handing it to my wife before turning and facing away like she was ignoring her. I have been going to that Subway for as long as it has been in the Walmart and employees of Walmart have eaten their lunch (Non Subway) for years. I get to the location they try to fight me on having the sandwiches remade when I have the messed up sandwiches in hand they finally go to remake them and lo and behold they are now out of the product because they did not prep accordingly for the day so now they stole my money.
