Be aware of delivering via the website of panda express because I made my order like I would any other time which all went well except this time where I got an email from panda express saying my order got canceled so I called and they said the doordasher had canceled the order but still took it! They said to contact doordash because apparently they are the ones who take responsibility since the order goes straight to them for delivery and also that panda express isn't the one who charged me but doordash. After going back and forth with the Deputy Manager Lisa who was extremely stubborn and ignorant saying that panda express doesn't even send out emails (does this make any sense) and that they aren't the ones who charged me, I called doordash and of course they said they saw no order from me and well of course they didn't because I didn't make it through them!! I made it through panda express. He told me to call the customer service for panda express which I did and explained all of this to them and they instantly gave me a refund. I just want to let everyone know that I will no longer be getting food from here because now I know that they don't even check who comes and gets a delivery order since the doordasher just took it even though they had already canceled the order. Now I will be seeing if I also get my $2 tip for the driver back because I recieved absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service at this restaurant and wish that Deputy Manager Lisa wouldn't have been so rude and just directed me to the customer service of...
Read moreMy wife and I pulled in drive through at 8:53 p.m. I started the order by asking for a bowl of white rice and orange chicken and Zakiyah corrected me by saying fried rice and orange chicken. When I tried to correct her and say white rice she said "well we're out of it" so I said fried rice was fine. I proceeded to ask for a plate with double fried rice and double orange. She informed me that the bowl I was ordering was the last of the orange chicken. So instead of orange chicken I decided to get double teriyaki. During the entire order process she had a snarky attitude asking if everything "was fine". We then pull up and pay and recieve our order only to forget that we needed a drink. My wife walks into the lobby to get a drink and teriyaki sauce, as they forgot it in our order, and sees that there is a full pan of orange chicken. She orders a med drink, a small entree of orange chicken and asked for the sauce stating that we did not get any with our plate of double teriyaki chicken. She asked for corporates number stating that when we were in line that we had gotten the last of it. Not to mention that when we originally received the bowl, the chicken was FRESH. Yvonne told my wife that before they were not going to cook anymore as it was 9pm as we ordered 45 minutes before closing. She said that one of the cooks said that they should due to it being the most popular entree. I am not impressed with the professionalism of this restaurant at this particular location as Panda Express is our...
Read moreThe service was excellent, however the food was a mixed bag from excellent flavor, to barely warm mushy, to almost inedible. We were there at 3pm, so the food may be better during peak dining hours. However, the only dish made fresh, that I waited to be made fresh, Chow Mein, was almost inedible. It was undercooked and dry, not worth the wait. The Kung Pao Chicken was excellent, but the tiny box it was in, made me wish I had ordered two entrees worth. They had an excellent steak and shrimp dish, but the tiny portion you get on their tiny, shallow paper plate, requires the server to give you either an insulting amount of meat with vegetables, or leave out the vegetables almost completely. To add injury to insult, they notify you verbally, that your tiny portion will cost $1.35 more than you figured from the menu over the counter. Kung Pao Chicken is safer option, because it is chopped in tiny pieces, so your tiny portion will probably include all the ingredients. Most entrees were barely warm with only a tiny bit left in the pans. There was one exception, but since it had larger pieces, I would have had to choose between meat or vegetables in their tiny portion, and yes, that too would require another $1.35 surcharge. Hopefully, dinner hours are better, but there are much more consistent Oriental restaurants nearby who charge the menu price, and who proudly serve a portion that includes all the...
