I usually always LOVE papa johns⦠tonight.. the customer service I received from this store made me never want to order again. I ordered my pizza and the guy told me 27-37 minutes. I waited over an hour before calling the store and a lady picked up and told me with an attitude that they are doing the best they can and then hung up on me. My boyfriend called back only to get the same lady. He explained to her the situation and she stated they only had two drivers and once again āweāre doing the best we canā with the same nasty attitude and again hung up on us. We called the customer service line again and another man picked up from the store, my boyfriend asked him what the name of the manager was that we spoke to so we could place a complaint. The man came back and told us he was unable to give us her name. If she was a manager why are you unable to give me your name so if I have an issue I can let the store know? This is completely unacceptable the way we were treated tonight when all we did was contact the store just to get an update on our pizza. The driver did give us the managers name and her name was Susie. Susie was totally rude and had no customer service skills. She totally ruined Papa Johns for us!!! Which is sad š I feel like something needs to be done about this. I would never treat someone like this and I used to work...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in to order pizza š š. Since everyone doesn't order on-line especially if it was last minute. I passed it earlier, planned to stop in and order pizza š after I ran an errand.
The employee was very nice and he asked if I had an order for pick up, I said no, then he said okay. They were very busy, I get it it's Friday around lunch afternoon, no problem I'll wait.
I asked if he was waiting on me to order and he said one minute (I'll admit I was a little anxious, probablyfrom hunger), then a lady making pizza says we can't take her order she has to order on-line.
I asked him if she or who is the boss
Same woman walked up and said me. I asked to place an order and she said no it HAS to be online. I said but I'm standing here can I place an order. She said no it has to be online.
I said okay. While chatting with her, I noticed something in her nose and I nicely said there is something in your nose.
So I'm glad that I did not order pizza from there.
Other pizza places allow you order in store and warn you that it is much more costly, but you are allowed to walk in and place an order, but maybe that is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI give ZEROOOOOO STARS BRANDY the store manager is VERY VERY RUDEEEEEEE ...I called and asked why my order was being delivered by doordadh she tells me theres no other way for delivery but the way she said it was very rude she didn't bother asking why or ask me how can she can help me she never offered to even hear me out I personnally do not like doordash to deliver my food due to past experiences. If BRANDY wasn't so rude I would've explained that I was going to go up there to avoid the doordash delivery. She's so rude that while I was talking she kept telling me she was going to cancel my order I only asked why wasn't I told it was a doordash delivery so I can decide if I want to pick it up instead... doordash has a bad reputation thats why I did not want doordashs delivery ...I will be making a corporate complaint on BRANDY she's rude and has no management skills over the phone. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND BRANDY NEEDS SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS...
