The two ladies working yesterday were VERY pleasant but the owner charged me $360.for braiding hair. The experience with how much I paid after finding out from the employees they were not getting all the money is crazy! The owner over charged me for simple braids going back and color. I will take my business elsewhere because if you’re going to charge for a $360. For a $310 service it’s a rip off. I see why there wasn’t a lot of business. Make sure you check with the ones doing your hair because the owner will rip you off. DO NOT Come To This Establishment!!!! Overpriced
Karen and the other lady who did my hair were kind and very nice!!! I’d go to either one of them elsewhere but dealing with the owner, she tries to over charge, it’s not the stylist it’s the owner trying to get over on you with prices. My first and last time only because of the owner.
AFFORDABLE PRICING Orlando, Fl, do not overpay for hair salon services! We are a beauty salon that uses premium products such as Olaplex, KeratinComplex, Beox, Truss among others and have experienced professionals that can make your vision a reality at a fraction of the cost.
This statement is certainly not true on their website Wayyyyyy overpriced for the service… 🙄
I don’t ever have a problem paying my bill but when the people who provide the service admit their price is cheaper then what you quoted, then of course we have a problem!!! Don’t try to act like it’s about your price when I find out you over charging clients that’s not what your pricing statement says. Don’t try to get over on people because you think you can. PERIOD
When you quote a price but the techs quote a cheaper price that tells me you’ are a crook. The ladies that work there are very kind, it’s the OWNER that’s not right. You did not tell me when quoting that you were trying to rip me off then I go to pay and find out the price was way cheaper than she quoted. Walmart or Publix wouldn’t try to overcharge and know items are on sal, Since you brought them in this conversation.
I’m not the ONLY one that talks about price. Go through the reviews…….
Trust me, find another establishment to go to she will rip you off. Then come on here playing the victim. Ohhh I got time today!!!!!! I took it from a 2 to a 1 because the two was too high for your...
Read moreI make an appointment yesterday7/11 for today 7/12 at 12pm for my daughter to get a wash, blow out and trim at the casselberry location for 45$. we arrived 10 mins early to just be told that she was not able to honor my appointment because she was behind. she didn't even give a courtesy call to let me know she was behind, so I didn't have to drive 30mins out my way. she recommended for me to come back between 2-3 pm. I felt that was unacceptable and unprofessional since I had made an appointment in advance to get my daughter's hair done. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the inconsistency and of keeping their own schedule. Due to the fact my daughter had an event I took a shot at the second location on goldenrod. I call the shop to see if anyone can take us as a walk in asap due to my bad experience at the first shop. I spoke to Noemi, assuming she was the own. She was polite and understanding until I drove another 30mins to her shop. Once Noemi took a look at my daughter's hair she wanted to charge me 65$. I would think since i had a bad experience at her first shop would honor the original price I was charged but that was not the case. Not to even save a future customers and redeem a bad rep to a positive one. Will not recommend to anyone so inconsiderate and...
Read moreI went in and was greeted. I went in for a wash and trim. Initially when washing my hair, the lady was rough and pulled my hair but I thought nothing of it. I continued on to be seated for my cut. Normally a cut can last on average 15 minutes. This lady took a total of 5 minutes at most. Upon checking my hair, I noticed it was cut horribly. My layers did not flow together and it just overall looked very choppy. I asked the lady how long she had been a the salon and she said one year (not sure if she meant cutting hair). I went ahead and asked and she mentioned she was not Dominican but two ladies she worked with which were not there at the time were Dominican. The lady went ahead to charge $25 dollars for a cut which was not even $15 which is normally what’s charged on average at other places. Overall, I regret coming to this place and taking a chance on it. I was convinced by the good reviews but now feel mislead. I suggest that someone with more skill is left in charge and not someone with no skill in hair or people what so ever. Also, if I walk in to a Dominican salon I want to be styled by a Dominican.. i take careful hair of my hair and have had bad experiences in the past this now being added...
