I’m super sad about coming here I regret it so much , I’ve been going there since October 2020 i always tip everyone that services me . I was happy . I was always satisfied with the presentation of my nails .There’s only Been a couple corrections. But who doesn’t make mistakes . IF THEY don’t know you personally do not go without a appointment. They treat people very differently who have appointments. They will rush everything& it will hurt your nails . This very last time that I went I got my nails done I have no complaints until a couple days later my nail started to swell and really hurt under I Saw a white patch underneath my nail . The pain was overwhelming! I could feel my finger pulsating so the very next day I went to get the nail removed . First of all I had to wait like 30-40 mins before I can get ONE NAIL REMOVED . I told the owner I was in pain . He was unfazed . They are lowkey money driven , as HE SHOULD be though but what about customer care .I bring money into your establishment . I’m always very patient . . He had to soak it twice . NO OTHER NAIL SALON TAKES ANOTHER 40 mins to soak off ONE NAIL . He was not gentle . He drilled it very Harsh .he told me I probably hurt my nail & it wasn’t a fungus infection from his salon . BOY WAS HE WRONG the next 4 days my nail became big , smelly & FULL WITH PUS . The doctors had to clean & give me something for it . My nails is now .I AM SCARRED...

UPDATE* changing to 1 star One of my nails just broke off a WEEK later, I am beyond upset. This hasn’t happened anywhere else I’ve been to before.

I normally don't go on here to write many reviews but I wanted to put in my two cents about this place. I'll start with the pros first

1. I was a walk-in on a very busy day and they took me in in less than 20 minutes when they said it might be around 45 mins which I was happy about!
2. The overall look of the nails came out ok, he pretty much followed the reference I brought with me.

The cons:

1. The man that was doing my nails was very rough and squeezing my nails HARD when filing, I've never had any other tech do that. He pressed the nail drill so hard onto my nail, it was burning and the side of my nail bled a tiny bit. When I got home I noticed how much all my nails hurt and I'm not happy.
2. Not so much having to do with the nails but how he treated me. When I first sat down he looked at me in a mean way almost like judging me right off that bat so I was really uncomfortable. Then after a while of doing my nails he looked at me for a long time and said something about my appearance that really hurt my feelings. I'm already a very anxious person and having my nail tech treat me that way just ruined my whole mood. Not a good experience here at all, wont be returning. Please fix your...

I am so excited to have found not one but TWO permanent nail techs in Orlando! I just moved here from VA in August and I was DEVASTATED to leave my nail tech back home. I bumped into Kelly at her old shop where she did the designs on my two pinky nails because the lady doing them was unsure what I wanted. Kelly gave me EXACTLY what I was asking for. She showed me her IG and I fell in love. A few weeks later I found out that she and her boyfriend Minh would be getting a new shop. I made an appointment for this upcoming week but over the weekend I had a nail emergency! I popped in to the convenient, new location and was almost immediately assisted (I had to wait a bit since I was a walk in) but the service was impeccable. I was offered water and wine (red and white) and the shop is beautiful! Doesn't give you the typical nail shop feel as far as decor or vibe. Kelly and Minh are so nice and funny! I had a ball the entire time I was there and I was treated so well! Minh did my nails and he did them perfectly! From shape to color to rhinestones. Exceptional. And that is HARD to do for me! I'm just so proud of this young power couple doing things differently in a saturated field. Please go here! You will NOT be disappointed! Tell them...
