UPDATE: Horrible Store. Has gone badly downhill. Cannot recommend.
Very old and very cold.
Clearly this Pizza Hut can't keep delivery employees because they called Doorstep Delivery to handle my order. Nice that they did that BUT SAD THAT IT TOOK THEM AN HOUR.
Everything sat and dried out and was not good, at all. Only because we had a hungry crew did we eat it. Only the thin crust pizza and the chocolate brownie were decent, and that is only because those 2 items don't suffer as much sitting a long time before being delivered.
The pastas were UNDER-SIZED and DRIED-OUT. Not good either.
This is a problem. IF YOU CANNOT FULLY STAFF THIS LOCATION THEN CLOSE IT. SERIOUSLY.
Want to know why we order from you so SELDOM? This is why! You charge a LOT MORE than Domino's, and your quality is NOT AS GOOD. Maybe if it was hot and fresh it would be a bit better, but it's not. HUGE PROBLEM. Fix this!!!
This store is HORRIBLE.
WILL YOU ALLOW US TO CHANGE THE STORE ASSIGNED TO OUR ADDRESS? Seriously. Let us change to a FUNCTIONAL STORE and not this store that dries out our food for an HOUR before realizing they need to call Doorstep Delivery to handle it for them.
Very, Very, Very BAD. All around. Overpriced, dried-out dust that arrives COLD, and it was NOT the fault of Doorstep Delivery. Was the FAULT of THIS PIZZA HUT STORE.

Read moreI ordered online a pizza and wings and was given an estimated time of 40 minutes, so after an hour past, I called the store and was told that they were waiting on doordash. I asked how long has it been sitting and was told 15 minutes, she asked if I wanted to cancel, I said no, it should be soon since it was waiting an hour already. 20 minutes later Doordash text me and says they are on the way. I said something to the driver that it had been waiting 15 minutes for them when I called. Imagine my surprise when the driver said he got there within 5 minutes of being notified by Pizza Hut! Eitherway, when the pizza and wings arrive, the pizza was to have buffalo sauce, there was no sauce, my wings were to be honey BBQ, they were spicy buffalo and could only eat 2!!!
I received an email due to the survey I took in which I said I wanted to be contacted. A generic response was received and only addressed the tardiness, using 3rd parties. This was the 2nd time that Pizza Hut used DoorDash in the last 3 months and I will NEVER use this Pizza Hut again! I placed my order online without any issue (here is your mandatory one star)
Received a text message shortly there after saying it was out for delivery. 45 minutes passes and I have not heard the doorbell. My place is not hard to find, especially when I gave a detailed explanation of which direction my door faces, decorations on the door, and even the side of the road I am on.
I call the store (after being transferred from some mainline pizza hut call center) the guy says "We cancelled the order because our driver could not find the place." No body called me to notified me, or even check and see if I could come outside. I never received an email notifying me my order was cancelled.
I can see past not finding the place, but not attempting to make contact with the customer is absolutely unacceptable business practice.
