I have used ExperiMac at this location three times now and I simply cannot say enough nice things about this place. The first time I took a computer here it was a MacBook Pro that I had purchased from eBay. It had arrived with a cracked screen and a tar like substance on it. I thought I was looking at having to replace the entire screen which isn’t cheap. They explained that I could just replace the glass and quoted a price that was so reasonable I almost felt bad. When I picked it up, not only did the screen look brand new, but they had also taken the time and effort to clean up the tar. It really looked brand new. The fact that they took the extra effort to do a great job really impressed me.

The next time I came here was because my daughter had downloaded a virus on her MacBook Pro. They were able to remove the virus and get the laptop back to her very quickly.

The last time I used them I was sure that my network card needed to be replaced. Internet speeds had dropped and I kept losing my Wi-Fi connection. Again I went there expecting to pay a few hundred dollars to have them install a new card, but they analyzed the problem and found that it was a software conflict, not a hardware problem. Again, the price they charged me was beyond reasonable.

This place appears to be a family owned business and is run by some of the nicest and most honest people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. If you are a Mac or iPhone user like myself, I highly recommend that you use this specific store (the one on Semoran) in the event you ever have a problem with your Apple products. So many nice things to say about this place! Customer service is always beyond amazing! The first time I brought my phone in was to replace my screen since it had fallen and cracked. Brought it in and left within 10-15 minutes! The second time I came in was to replace my battery and my charging port (I needed to hold the cable to the side to have it charging) Most places would just replace the part and give the phone back... but not them, I like how they made me feel included in the repair so I know exactly what was wrong with it. After putting everything back together, phone is charging like brand new and the battery lasts a lot longer than it had been. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their iPhone or Mac fixed. This is the only location I'd bring my phone to! A big thank you to the entire staff that always gives me a warm welcome and the best customer service I've had in a while as well.

Experience: I was referred by a friend to stop by and check them out since I was in the market for a laptop. I walked in and was greeted right away. The owners were very sweet and helpful. They're not looking to up-sell every chance they get which was a relief. I walked in knowing what I wanted, so it sped up the process quite a bit.

Product: I LOVE my laptop, I've had it about a week, and haven't had any issues. They do background checks on the computers to make sure they're not blacklisted. They also give you a year warrantee included which is peace of mind since it won't have apple care.

Financing: I was able to pay cash for the computer but they had a 90 day same as cash option I took advantage of which allowed me to save some cash up front. No credit check! (which is great if your credit is low, or don't want to have it pulled) The process took all of 5 minutes to complete (if that!)
