Starbucks — Restaurant in Winter Park

I was dining in about a week ago I believe while working on some school work, for one I had the iced matcha latte which was made great but I wanted to make a review based on an experience I saw. While I was studying i took off my headphones for a second just because my ears were getting irritated but couldn’t help noticing there was a lady that went up to the counter to bring up a concern about her drink and the barista that was up at the counter wasn’t being very kind not to mention the moment she walked away a boy at the window and a chubby Asian girl with frizzy hair were laughing and then talking over the headsets. Not only did I leave because that made me feel horrible for the customer, I felt super uncomfortable being in that kind of environment. I really hope management does something because that lady walked away very embarrassed and probably won’t be coming back and neither am I. I wouldn’t come here if you want to be laughed at or judged and spoken about over those damn headsets. Go to another location where they are...

Exceptional Service from Tee Tee Bautista! I recently visited Starbucks and had an amazing experience thanks to my barista Tee Tee Bautista. Tee Tee was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to understand my order and made recommendations when I needed them. What impressed me most was Tee Tee's passion for the products and her ability to multitask with ease. She crafted my drink to perfection, and the presentation was beautiful. Tee Tee's warm smile and friendly demeanor made my day. She's a true asset to the Starbucks team, and I would highly recommend requesting her if you're looking for exceptional service. 5/5 stars Favorite drink- I had The Tee Tee special! HORRIBLE. This Starbucks was absolutely the worst I’ve been to. Pulled up to the window first with the man talking like a robot as he can not find our order. Then once he finds it we pull up to the window and he gives us the drink. Two of the orders had cold foam on it and the cold foam was as big as a quarter in the middle of the drink. Told Alex and Eva that there was supposed to be cold foam and they said its just how its made…. Then once i got all pf my drinks i realized i didn’t have one of the food that i ordered. Went back to store to get it and a girl at the front was standing at the register named Alexis. When i walked up to the register she ignored me and then once i said hello she looked up with an attitude and said “give me a second” i said okay as she sat there and ordered a ham croissant and laughing with coworker Alex.
