Pinky is, hands down, the best nail artist I’ve ever worked with. She has a natural instinct and talent for picking colors, and I frequently defer to her when choosing my next look. Frankly, it’s an arrangement I love and appreciate because otherwise, I’d be picking the same colors from week to week and never living outside my color comfort zone. I trust and value her opinions. She does quality work and is meticulous with ensuring your new set has no lifting, bubbles, etc. I often observe my nails looking healthier under the dipping powder she uses. A new set or fill with Pinky lasts forever and you know that kind of durability is worth its weight in gold; I can get a little rough with my hands. Lol Additionally, getting a pedicure at Pinky’s is always a pleasure and the accompanying foot massage is always heavenly. My toes always sparkle and my feet have never been softer. Rude! The man answers the phone is so rude. I was kindly asking for an appointment as a new customer and this man acted like I had the plague as soon as I said I had never been there before. He told me to call back next week then hung up. Okay, that's fine. But please change your tone of voice and how you speak to potential customers on the phone. But that's not all! I walked into the shop that next week to see about scheduling an appointment for another day, hoping you were nicer in person or maybe you were just having a bad day when I had called, and you were STILL rude. What can I say?! This quaint little place off of Aloma Avenue in Winter Park is the BEST! I have had the most Amazing Deluxe pedicures done by Linda!!! Linda and her husband are the BEST ever!! She puts her whole heart into her work and is very attentive. Also I would like to mention "How Clean & Sanitized" they keep their store! It's not only relaxing but it is CLEAN! I have been to places before in the WP area that did not properly sanitize their pedicure bowls and utensils so I was so delighted to see that Pinky's is extremely clean! I have not had a manicure done here yet but from what I have observed while I'm there is that Pinky does excellent work and her customers appear to be very pleased!
