Carmen's Hair Designer — Local services in Woodbridge Township

This is a good hair salon to go to if your just wanting your basics: wash, dry, & touchup. Their prices are average. I wouldn't be comfortable getting something done for a special event. I've had 5 different stylist since I started going there 2 years ago but only the owner and one other lady seems to do a good job. Parking at their new location is street parking only and worse than the previous location. The past few times I had to wait due to walk -ins. Past few months, no one picks up the phone for an appointment and the hours are not accommodating to working people. I called for an appt last Wed and no one picked up. Finally around 2Pm someone picked up and said sorry but we close at 5 last appointment.
