I dropped my engagement ring and wedding bands to be sizes and dipped on April 12,2023, promised date May 5. After a promised date passed I called, and the person could not give me details as to why rings were not returned, told me to call next day and speak to manager. I decided to go in person and they gave me run around. They told me manager would reach out. After playing games they told me that the package has been misplaced by FedEx.asked how come I was not called and that if I didn’t call they would not have noticed me. After arguing and them offering me a smaller replacement. The managers acted like it was my fault and were nasty when I questioned my missing rings. My entire experience with this location has been nothing, but amazing. I went in their with an idea of what I wanted with a lot of research under my belt and that research was met with top tier experience and customer service. My salesman, Tristan, was nothing but exceptional the entire time. He pointed me in the correct direction and on top of the went out of his way to locate a beautiful round cut solitaire and had it shipped in from another location and that’s before I even committed to purchasing. Ultimately I did purchase and couldn’t have been happier. Unfortunately things happen and the diamond was damaged and without hesitation Tristan saved the day by sending it out to be replaced. Our experience with helzberg diamonds at Woodbridge mall has been terrible. I had my engagement ring for almost a year and we had nothing but problems with it. We had to get it repaired twice in the store for loose prongs and had to send it out twice to fix the prongs and resize it. The first time we had to send it out they forgot to send it out so it took an additional 10 days. They bribed me and gave me free jewelry. The second time they resized it they measured my finger and put down 5.5 and when we went there to pick it up it was a 4.5. We are trying to get in touch with the district manager to see if we can return the ring and go somewhere else to get a new one. We have only had problems here and definitely don't recommend purchasing jewelry...
