Probably will not be coming back to this Woodbridge BBW. I had a coupon for a free item up to 9.95 and wanted a lip product. The lady said “lip care didn’t apply” for whatever reason.. the second visit here I tried again and a different lady said the lip care did apply but the coupon said it was “already redeemed” because they scanned it and didn’t reverse it or whatever last time.. we called customer service and they said it’ll take 4-5 business days to send a simple email containing an e-gift card instead of getting back the original coupon, so now we would have to go back a third time.. it’s honestly not even worth it at this point. I had a horrible experience 😞 😪. There was a sale, They messed up the sales stickers. Instead of honoring 3 just 3 😁 of the products at sale price due to false advertising, she rudely stuck to the going above and beyond to be Karen. I spent even though I didn't want to because I love the company. However, screen the people you put as the face of your brand because you will go out of business quickly when you don't. It pays to be kind. I probably won't spend money at this location again.
