My experience at this Starbucks was by far my worst EVER! I am handicapped, and don't get out to this type of place often. I was very excited to have the opportunity to visit, what used to be my favorite place for coffee. The store seemed to be pretty empty, and that I should be able to get in and out without much of an issue. Sadly, that was not the case. The individuals behind the counter were not friendly, or attentive, honestly they seemed more involved with each other than anything else. I don't even think they made eye contact with me. Maybe, I should have given my phone number to use my rewards card, but I wasn't trying to hold things up. I just wanted to order my special treat to my self, a glorified iced coffee and go. It literally took 20+ minutes to get my coffee, even though the store was practically empty when I ordered. Standing with my cane for five minutes is a challenge for me, ten minutes is torture, 20+ minutes I'll be paying for this for the next week! I seriously was visibly struggling, not a drop of help or compassion offered to me by an employee. Even though, they were buzzing about. Even a manager came out front where I was standing. Honestly, I would have left, but why should I not be able to get a cup of coffee like a normal person just because I'm handicapped?? It became a personal challenge for me! In reality shouldn't Starbucks train their employees to be sensitive or aware of the needs of all of their customers? Including those of us that are handicapped? Apparently, even though in store wasn't visibly busy, they were handling a bunch of online/in-store pick up orders. I know with Covid things have changed, but I'm still a person, and I still would like to be treated as one, instead of a computer generated ticket. That name written on my To Go Cup says Theresa,...

Morning shift workers while I was there dont belong together the one lady was putting down the other lady right in front of a customer they were taking care of and me..I dont want a show when I go get my coffee I live my own life and it sad to see this k I'll nd of behavior happing in such a well known public place. I frowned upon her while she took my order but this coffee shop other than those 2 morning ladies is awesome! Plenty of seating tables and booths just would like it if their coffee station would be a little bigger or maybe 2 small ones cause only 2 people can comfortably fix their coffee with sugar and milk and it's always busy in this one food is always fresh...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was there just this morning & I ordered a iced caramel macchiato grande. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed the lady who was preparing my drink Yoselin I believe was her name had a quite distasteful look to her face like she didnāt want to be there & she approached me to ask what I had ordered. When I told her she rolled her eyes, and she looked very very bothered. I understand working in food service isnāt the best industry to work for but I have rarely ever encountered someone who was as unpleasant as her obvious attitude. I even said thank you at the end and she didnāt even respond. Very rude & I do work in the mall so I can imagine how many others she...
