I walked in looking to buy a hat last night and spent about 15 minutes in the store. The woman working never even acknowledged me. And I mean literally never even said hello to me, the most basic form of communication. She was too busy joking around with a family and even embroidered a hat for them with me just standing there needing help. But quite frankly, their phone # rarely works and when checking on the status of a custom order the phone call either did not go through or disconnected. The biggest gripe at the moment with this particular location, I've been here multiple times over the past few years, is that the NEVER have enough inventory for Superbowl Sunday !
