Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Do not eat at this establishment, tell your friends and family not to eat at this establishment. I never ate here, but someone I love worked here. My loved one’s experience working at this specific location was extremely tiring and full of abuse, specifically from the manager, Hanbin Tam, better known as Aaron. Aaron seems to think that he is special and that, because he is a manager of a fast food location, he is more important than those who work under him (who make minimum wage). I’m not sure if the large for-show ego comes from the insecurity about his height or the fact that he knows he is an insufferable person to be around, but I don’t particularly care. I would not call Aaron a manager, I would call him an abusive pig. He goes on multiple vacations while his already overworked and depressed employees are left to their own devices. They are given too many tasks at once, and when they cannot complete these tasks in a timely manner, he verbally berates them. The kitchen is dirty a lot of the time, not at the fault of the employees, but because they physically do not have enough time to clean when they are being given unnecessary tasks and being left alone in the kitchen during rush hours. I don’t think the cockroaches in the kitchen like Aaron, either. Aaron does not think about anybody but his moronic self, and there were days when my loved one was so deeply upset that I came very close to driving over there and verbally beating Aaron myself (I still might). When Aaron fired my loved one, Aaron decided to be petty and give him a company sweatshirt on the way out and told him to burn it! (Note that my loved one was fired for a stupid reason after working there for 3 years and being a shift lead). In short, Hanbin Tam is a miserable, petty human being that does not know how to manage a restaurant and abuses his staff. He will...

What a disappointment. Used drive thru to place order , so there is a patron in front of me , outside Chic Filet worker spent like 16 minutes taking and helping patron in front of me . Other worker comes over and takes my order but now I am stuck behind this patron. Now I am behind this same patron while waiting for food . This same patron gets up to window and it starts all over , they either didn't get her order or they screwed it up and I am waiting another 10 or 15 minutes . Instead of just pushing this patron to the side and help all the other people waiting , they made everything wait until this patron got her food. I asked for manager , she came out and spoke to her and I questioned her why they spend so much time with this one patron and make everyone else suffer and wait . Now my food is cold ...and my blood is boiling . So instead of trying to make it right , she did nothing .Most likely will never revisit this location again . And I suggest no one else...

I honestly had high hopes for this place considering how busy it gets. I went there when it was slow so I honestly don't know why everything came out as bad as it did. Fries had no flavor they were soggy which is such a shame considering there weren't even a lot of customers so we could've gotten everything fresh. The chicken tasted undercooked, the cashier forgot one of our drinks and honestly looked so done with the job. The tables were dirty and still had bits and pieces of the people who ate before us. Unlike any other chick fil a I've been to. I suggest people take your money to the chick fil a over at West pond because compared to them this one doesn't...
