The worst post office ever. I have lived in Woodbridge now for 3 years and my first time in this post office was 2 weeks ago. The experience I had as a resident in this town with the mail and delivery stopped me from going into this office. They have missed delivered my mail and packages in the past. I went into the office 2 weeks ago poor customer service I walked in and spoke to the lady clerk standing in the hall fixing packing boxes she looked at me and said nothing back. Walked past her and there sat a male clerk behind the desk I said hello he spoke back and helped me further. This is the only reason this office gets 2 stars because the male clerk helped me and told me to book my passport appointments online. So I did the only appointment they had available soon was for Woodbridge August 1st so I booked the appointment. Why this morning August 1st 2 hours before my scheduled appointment I received a call they cancelled my appointment. This is truly a inconvenience and the worst post office I have...
Read moreI’ve never had anything other than fast, seamless, transitions from any of the staff. As well as my post-lady carrier totally rocks. What I commonly witness, is a lot of lost people that hold the line up because they have no clue of what they’re doing. Ask the same question five times, expect a different answer, continuously badger the clerk to spontaneously do their work for them. Instead of following the verbal directives or reading the little self-help boxes on the labels. Move to the side, fill the paperwork out properly like everyone else standing there wanting to get on with their day. When ready, there’s the amazing opportunity to get back in line with fellow community members. Where most likely it will result in learning the post office turned out to be quick and easy after all.
Keep my Post-Lady well paid and...
Read moreOne of the most rude post officials I’ve ever come across. We reached post office at 10:19 for our passport appointment between 10:15-10:30 slot and we were asked to reschedule the appointment. The lady left for Lunch at 10:21 yelling she’s the only one in the post office who does all the work. We would have reached before time hadn’t it been for the parking issue. My pregnant wife had urged them to take my sons application saying she was sorry she could not walk faster from the parking spot. She shouldn’t even be sorry for that. The other employee-Juan, says this is the free service they provide and they don’t have to oblige to anything. Why does the Post master charge $35 for receiving the application then?? He also suggested we book new appointment in Edison post office and not Woodbridge. This shows their...
